Partial feed with photo issue

Hi.
I just posted last night using a partial feed – I’ve always used full feed. I thought it would give me a better read on how many people are looking at the site. This seems to have worked as my traffic was higher in comparison to when I post with a full feed. My only concern is that a partial feed does not include a photo, only text. Is there a way for me to have a photo included in a partial feed?
